These terms govern your use of TypeScore (the "Service"), a free online typing speed test operated by an individual based in British Columbia, Canada (the "operator", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
TypeScore lets you measure your typing speed and accuracy and, optionally, submit a score to a public leaderboard. The Service is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may remove any leaderboard entry or display name, and may restrict access, at our discretion and without notice.
Display names you submit are public. Do not include personal information you don't want shown. By submitting an entry you grant us permission to display it within the Service.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that typing measurements are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be retained.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service is a free tool and you use it at your own risk.
The TypeScore name, branding, design, and site content are owned by the operator. These terms do not grant you rights to use them beyond using the Service as intended.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for any dispute arising from these terms or the Service.
